1 Launch your web browser. 2 Navigate to the Webex site (see Resource). 3 Navigate to the meeting center page. This is located on the upper left-hand corner of the web page. 4 Click "Host Login". This is located on the upper right-hand corner of the meeting center page. 5 Key in your username and your password. 6 Click "Schedule a Meeting". This link is located on the left-hand side of the web page. You will be taken to a form to complete. On this form, complete the meeting topic and meeting password. Additionally, you will be requested to provide the details of the meeting, including the date, time and length. 7 Invite attendees via the email box on the bottom of the form. Input the attendees' emails addresses. Select "schedule a meeting." This is located on the bottom right-hand side of the form. 8 Open your meeting by selecting "One Click Meeting" located on the left side. |
